teen board
We are looking for passionate and hardworking 10th–12th grade girls to join our THERE{4} Teen Board Team for the 2025–2026 conference season, September through March.

From July 1–19, we will be accepting applications and we’d love for you to consider joining us! If you’re looking to grow in your faith and are ready to be encouraged, challenged, and poured into, please fill out the application below. Once submitted, we’ll be in touch with more information about next steps.

We’re committed to investing in you—spiritually, and in your growth as a leader and servant. Along with building lasting friendships and having tons of fun, you’ll also get to share creative input for THERE{4} 2026.

Applicants must be local (within 15-20 minutes) to Arlington, Texas in order to apply.
Please submit two email contacts for letters of recommendation—we’ll send the request directly to your contact. Applications close July 19 at midnight.
