WHO CAN ATTEND?

THERE{4} is for high school girls (9th-12th grade). Girls may attend alone, with a friend or with a mentor, a mom or their youth group. We encourage youth leaders to bring a group of girls and use this as a special getaway. Accommodations are not included in the event cost, however we encourage groups to make the most of this weekend by arranging their stay in a hotel on Friday night.

WHAT TIME IS THE GATHERING? 

THERE{4} Gathering is Friday, 7:00-10:00 pm (Registration begins at 5:30 pm. Doors open at 6:30pm) and Saturday 9 am-4 pm (Doors open at 8:30am).

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? 

Tickets went on sale November 1st! Early Bird pricing was available until November 30, 2019 at $54/ticket. After that date, the registration increased to $64. Group rates are available for groups of 10+ at $50/each. Please email tickets@there4gathering.com for more questions.

CAN I PURCHASE RESERVED SEATS?

Limited VIP seating is available for $110. All other seating is on a first come, first served basis.

WHAT DO VIP TICKETS INCLUDE?

VIP tickets include premiere reserved seating, Free Steel City Pop voucher, $10 T{4} Merchandise Certificate, & exclusive swag.

WHERE'S MY TICKET?

Tickets are emailed to you immediately after your  order has been processed. (Be sure and check your spam folder). Print your email ticket and bring it to the event, or download the Eventbrite App and access your tickets on your phone. For more ticket questions, email tickets@there4gathering.com.

WHERE IS THE EVENT LOCATED?

THERE{4} Teen Gathering 2020 will be hosted at Central Bible Church (formerly known as Pantego Bible Church), 8001 Anderson Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76120.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Light complimentary snacks will be available throughout the gathering, as well as Chick-Fil-A lunch on Saturday. Please eat dinner before arriving.  We will have a cash only "Sugar Shack" for additional snacks as well as Steel City Pops on site Saturday during lunch for a small fee.

WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL DIETS?

We are not able to accommodate special diets at this time.  If you are concerned you won't be able to eat the food we provide, please feel free to bring your own food.

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Come comfortable!

 

WHAT ARE MY PARKING OPTIONS FOR THE EVENT?

There will be plenty of parking available around the facility. All parking is free.

 

DO I NEED ANY MONEY?

Your registration covers all costs associated with this the event. However, we will have T{4} merchandise & t-shirts as well as vendors selling items.

 

I'M FROM OUT OF TOWN. WHERE CAN I STAY? 

We have a group of rooms blocked at La Quinta located directly across the street from our event at 8250 Anderson Blvd; Ft. Worth: (682) 237-7519. We also have rooms blocked just a couple miles away at Courtyard Marriott on Nolan Ryan Expressway; Arlington 76011 - (817) 277-2774 as well as Residence Inn on Brookhollow Place; Arlington 76006 - (817) 649-7300. All rooms are blocked under the group name: THERE{4} Teen Gathering.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

We can’t imagine any girl missing this great event. If you discover that you cannot attend, give your ticket to a friend. No refunds are available for this gathering.

WILL THIS EVENT BE SIMULCAST?

As of now, we are not planning on simulcasting this event.
