She is currently the Founder & Executive Director of The Net, a nonprofit established in 2013 that serves people in poverty and survivors of sex trafficking. She recently launched a social enterprise and just opened their first brick and mortar retail store called Worthy Co., that employs and empowers survivors of trafficking. Katie Peslis
Dallas native, Katie Peslis, and her worship band are thrilled to be back for a fifth year at T{4}! Being the daughter of a worship pastor, Katie began singing in church when she was three years old. Katie got her professional musical start in 2013 when she was asked to play the role of Anna in the world stage-premiere of the music from Frozen with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. Her voice has been featured on songs at Disneyland California, Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris. Katie’s latest project, “We’ve Only Just Begun, A Tribute Karen Carpenter”, releases February 7, 2020.
